Lyrics
My truth, your truth,
their truth, our truth,
Truth! Truth!
Truth! Truth!
Truth! Truth! Truth!
Judge me, judge you,
judge them, judge us,
Judge! Judge!
Judge! Judge!
Judge! Judge! Judge!
My law, your law,
their law, our law
Global law it is! Global law!
It must be, must be inclusive,
Global courts must have, must have scope.
Must have few rules to grasp all human kind.
Say the Truth! Judge well! Follow the Law of humankind!
Say the Truth! Judge well! Follow the Laws of humankind!
Dare the new relative!
keep your ambition for precision!
For the better, for the good.
For the better, for the good.
For more balanced and just societies,
on a global scale.
For more balanced and just society,
on a global scale.
Say the Truth! Judge well! Follow the Law of humankind!
Say the Truth! Judge well! Follow the Laws of humankind!
World court for human rights
by consent and consensus
among all human kinds,
among all humankind.
5 rights it needs, no more, no more than that, for global justice, justice, justice.
Art Concept and Commentary
In 2003, as an undergraduate student at the Fridericiana University of Karlsruhe, I participated in a research seminar with the famous Indian computer scientist Kalyanmoy Deb.
It led us finally to a scientific publication at a renowned conference in Birmingham, England. The published paper is "Finding Knees in Evolutionary Multi-Objective Optimization" (DOWNLOAD).
My major contributions to this research paper are the so-called angel/angle and 4-angels/angles measures.
It covers the decision-making of a world human rights court and how to find the five leading judges of the world human rights court.
My approach is based on Jewish principles and traditions. Groups of three persons are formed for judgments. In Jewish thought, such groups are also known as Beit Dins, with traditions reaching back thousands of years.
In terms of the 4-angel/angle measure, there are four groups of three judges selected from the five judges, and one particular judge is always designated as the chief judge.
Appointed as head judge is the (potential) father whose trade-off between the involved objectives is the largest.
The "problem" is (universal) "world justice", referring to the successful "integration of a person (an individual) into society." So a person being judged would be a "problem". He is judged by an entire "population" in which he would have to be truthfully and optimally integrated. The two competing objectives are "inclusiveness" and "tolerance". The optimal solution at the knee would be (the greatest) love for the concerned (problem) person.
Initially, there would be many judges with some level of tolerance and inclusiveness, and they would not be optimally positioned in regard to the problem. Firstly, they would all have the potential to become leading judges. Systematically, they would have to reach the Pareto-optimal front, constantly improving their worldview, meaning they would adjust their tolerance and inclusiveness in regard to the problem/"problem person".
Ultimately, the judges at the knee regions of the optimization problem qualify as (potential) judges at the World Court of Human Rights.
A man at the optimum of the two-dimensional problem can now possibly become the chief judge of the World Court of Human Rights. To do so, he must be the best possible father with regard to the other four optimal judges, who are all women. He can only achieve this if he includes a third competing target criterion alongside inclusiveness and tolerance. The optimization problem thus becomes three-dimensional for him. The third target criterion is "Net Worth". He can lead to greater love by striving for this goal because Net Worth correlates with love.
With more material wealth, they have the means to spread more love, let others participate in their beliefs, and learn about their truth and knowledge. Something material (very symbolic) and, hence, more tangible can be erected/built in various material centers where belief systems manifest the most. Their love can gain presence and persistence in this world and, hence, would be better justified and defended, and it would likely endure much better in the long run (even beyond their bodily death).
The greatest global love is achieved at the three-dimensional knee. On the way there, he must be guided by and improve on the usefulness of his worldview (his highest knowledge of his assumptions about good and evil, according to which he aligns his moral compass). During this process, the four women at his side always give him the necessary feedback regarding the usefulness of his worldview. So, all five ultimately cover the final stretch to the global optimum at the knee by working together.
However, the four women are not looking to optimize their "Net Worth" alongside the inclusiveness and tolerance, but their third target criterion for achieving the greatest possible love is "beautiness". It is not necessarily about becoming "prettier".
Beautiness is about being whole, having an appealing character and beliefs that fit well. For a man, a woman is beautiful if they can unite in a shared group consciousness with a stable common basis very well. Hence, this means that together, love can be celebrated very well.
"Prettiness" relates more to outward appearance, being (sexually) attractive and pleasant, seeming young (and sometimes kind of flawless) and in some ways conveying an impression of high fertility.
Finally, the problem person and the best-qualified person to solve the problem (the leading father) become one person before the law and before God. He then becomes the supreme judge presiding over the World Court of Human Rights. The four women at his side become the other leading judges of the highest court.
To be clear, the four women have leadership competences. This means that they can explain themselves to themselves and others very well and are able to always sufficiently contend themselves with their own experiences well and by themselves.
There are four leading female judges who outnumber male judges in all Beit Dins for the following reason.
In general, the regular monthly occurrence of pain leads a person to a love that is more inclusive of one's own people, who are in harmony with one's heart, and less tolerant of those who are different, who have different beliefs, and who belong to a different people.
On the other hand, a person who regularly and thoroughly contends with his or her own experiences can thus attain a love that is more tolerant of others.
To achieve a love at the knee-region, therefore, always requires a certain amount of (monthly) suffering and sufficient contention with oneself and one's personal experiences out of one's own initiative.
Women are naturally (biologically) predisposed to achieve such a balance, provided they have acquired sufficient leadership competence.
Traditionally, Jewish women from Jerusalem proved to be the most capable.
Unfortunately, the Roman Mary, the First Lady of the Roman Church, was only inclusive of the Roman people. This had a tremendous impact on the development of the church organization from the very beginning.
A woman regularly qualifies as a (potential) matriarch when she is capable of love in the knee region, when the competing objectives of tolerance and inclusiveness are both at their greatest.
One the way, one of the biggest challenges is formulating the optimization problem leading to the world human rights court well and sorting and evaluating aspiring judges.
In the course of his qualification and his process of becoming a judge and father, the chief judge has set up four different but closely related (similar in beliefs) larger organizations, each with two different leading female judges. The means to this end, which allows these organizations to exercise high judgment, are thus four differently composed Beit Dins, each with three persons, whereby the male chief judge, the leading father, is always part of them.
The theoretical background of the "angel"/"angle" measure encompasses an angel of "St. Michael".
An angel of St. Michael is a certain religious organizational construct meant to protect someone from too much conflict.
For example, the Munich angel is supposed to keep Munich "pure" (in beliefs) in the sense of the Wittelsbach dynasty, the great Bavarian dynasty that ruled as kings and dukes for a long time.
For hundreds of years, the Jesuits have quite officially assumed the prestigious function and role of being the guardian angels of Munich, the Wittelsbach and Bavaria.
Each Archangel St. Michael is destined to protect an organization from too much conflict. Dissenters who come into too much conflict with a belief system are overpowered and killed by an armed archangel as if they were an evil devil.
The Net Worth of the Jesuits is enormous (even though the individual Jesuit person may not have much money in his bank account). Their churches flaunt marble, gold, silver, platinum and expensive works of art. They live in palaces in prime inner-city locations in major cities. They receive a free, high-quality education. They are given high-quality food for free and usually do not even have to cook for themselves or go to the supermarket. A cleaning lady takes care of the cleanliness of the home. They have excellent free health insurance. They are given all kinds of retreats throughout the week. A Jesuit is provided for in all aspects. He never has to submit a tax return. The secretary and the community assistant take care of the bureaucracy.
An estimate is that Jesuits are paid around 2000€ to 3000€ pocket money a year net in Germany. Of course, many Jesuits do not obviously contribute (directly) to the fundraising of the Society. Not every Jesuit generates direct and obvious profit in money for the community. However, as they are all connected through the love of Mary and Ignacio Loyola/Jesus, every member is eager to spread this love and, hence, seek to augment the net worth, the possessions and the material means/leeway of the whole organization.
The Jesuits of Munich are an organization that emerged from a leading judge: a (Wittelsbach) Maria. So, soberly speaking, they are a Marian organization. The same applies to the University of Munich. Both organizations are societies, and they aim to bring young people to higher personal maturity so that they can be "good" mothers and "good" fathers, in accordance with the truths of the Wittelsbachs.
The Munich Jesuits are the united spiritual power of the Wittelsbach dynasty (since the Counter-Reformation, which was first promulgated from Munich). Interestingly, there are also all kinds of Protestant churches today that are at the service of the Wittelsbacher. It is a "host of angels".
With regard to my native town of (Schwäbisch) Hall, there was a problem person who eventually guided the town (the civil society) to such a high level of judgment that it was able to develop into a so-called Free Imperial City. The person's name was "Johannes Baptist".
Kalyanmoy Deb formulated the three-dimensional knee problem in our research paper. The globally optimal knee, in this case, where inclusiveness and tolerance are greatest, is where the "Net Worth" is zero, not least, because it is a minimization problem. How was it in regards to the (different) problem formulated by Johannes Baptist? Due to him, the Heller silver coin was minted in Hall. It still adorns the city's coat of arms today and was the smallest denomination in circulation in large parts of the Empire. Does the optimal love of Johannes Baptist encompass a Net Worth (in Hellers) equal to the number of persons in this world who are Hallers (citizens of Hall) at heart?
In Schwäbisch Hall, the population that searched for the optimum in each generation is the total number of all the city's citizens. It is everyone who is a Schwäbisch Haller or Haller at heart, which can even be relatively independent of where they live. Finally, if a person, the highest judge, who has ideally solved the optimization problem, restricts the permitted population for future generations to a certain family/a certain (genetic) offspring, a dynastic claim to rule can be enforced. Since the search population thus becomes much more homogeneous (in beliefs), the search becomes much less dynamic, and it is more likely to remain trapped in a worse optimum in the future. In Hall, appropriate precautions have been taken to prevent such a disaster, which would be tantamount to the city no longer being equally inclusive toward all its citizens.
Before a preacher named Johannes Brenz reformed St. Michael of Hall and Hall, St. Michael's mission was to ensure equal inclusiveness of the highest judges to all citizens of Hall. Due to Johannes Brenz and the Reformation, the highly noble dynasty of Württembergers was finally installed over the citizens of Hall. Since then, Württembergers and Stuttgarters have been given preference in Hall over the town's own citizens, even though they are not Hallers at heart. This is often made clear by the fact that these Württembergers and Stuttgarters are oriented toward Stuttgart and Johannes Brenz and not toward Johannes Baptist. St. Michael's task since Johannes Brenz has been to ensure the dominance of the Württembergers. Every citizen of Hall should strive to enter the Württemberg heaven, in which the Württemberger always sits at the right hand of God and should be seen as the most radiant celestial body that is indispensable, that provides warmth and light and is accepted as a matter of course.
Since Johannes Brenz and the Württembergers, the love of the citizens of Schwäbisch Hall is no longer as great as before the Reformation. The basis on which love is founded and stands is much more shaky and unstable, so it is not good enough any longer. The judgment of the citizens deteriorated, and the standard of civic society fell. Before Johannes Brenz, there was more diversity in love, which ultimately benefited everyone.
The Schwäbisch Hallers are no longer optimally positioned with regard to their local environment. Their love is now focused on Württemberg. It is usually part of evolution that a population of individuals adapts to its (immediate) environment in order to better assert and organize. This includes the sufficient adaptation of religion to the local conditions. Culture and faith must be sufficiently in tune with nature. In the case of Hall, Johannes Baptist lived an exemplary life that fitted in very well with the region. This applied less to the Württemberger and to Johannes Brenz.
In the end, it can be concluded, due to the history of Hall, that it was very likely that Johannes Baptist was much better than Johannes Brenz. Were there really only two competent women (with leadership qualities) in the life of Jesus of Nazareth originally, namely Mary Magdalene and Mary, his mother ?
Moreover, have women in Schwäbisch Hall since Johannes Brenz been striving first and foremost to maximize their net worth instead of striving for more beautiness? Have they reduced their tolerance for the Franconians to a minimum? Should love consist only of the highest inclusiveness for the Württembergers? Was this the optimal solution of Johannes Brenz for the stated optimization problem of the problem person Johannes Baptist? 500 years after Johannes Brenz, is Johannes Baptist still relevant at all? It is now the smallest parish in the whole of Schwäbisch Hall and no longer even has its own priest. Are there any Hallers left at all or have they all become "Schwäbisch" Hallers? The people of Schwäbisch Hall optimize their love for the Württemberger. Johannes Baptist was a Frank at heart. Does anyone still model themselves after him?
